將介電試驗機的一根試驗引接到作為一個電極的試樣的導(dǎo)體上，并另一根試驗引接到作為另一個電極的金屬試棒上，電壓應(yīng)從零開始上升至28.1規(guī)定的試驗電壓。升壓速度不得超過500V/s如果達(dá)到水平無擊穿，電壓應(yīng)保持在該水平60秒。
