電壓擊穿試驗(yàn)儀操作步驟：

1、試驗(yàn)前的準(zhǔn)備：1）打開試驗(yàn)機(jī)右側(cè)的總電源開關(guān),預(yù)熱15分鐘。2）打開計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)入Windows系統(tǒng)。雙擊本儀器軟件的快捷圖標(biāo)打開試驗(yàn)登錄界面輸入登錄密碼即可進(jìn)入試驗(yàn)界面。

2、交直流試驗(yàn)的切換1）本儀器高壓輸出為交流電壓。直流的獲得方式為在原回路中串入高壓硅堆，使測試回路為脈動(dòng)的直流電壓。實(shí)現(xiàn)的過程為，硅堆已經(jīng)在高壓變壓器的高壓絕緣塔中，平時(shí)用一個(gè)短路桿把高壓硅堆短接。需要直流試驗(yàn)時(shí)，取出短路桿，使高壓硅堆接入測試電路中，這時(shí)回路的電壓為脈動(dòng)的直流電壓。

2）前面板直流交流選擇按鈕。該按鈕的狀態(tài)不能改變設(shè)備輸出的電壓性質(zhì)。按下該按鈕，設(shè)備僅僅是把直流報(bào)警電路接入。指示用戶，當(dāng)打開箱門時(shí)，您需要對高壓均壓球放電。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)放電桿，使放電桿的端部銅球接觸高壓均壓球。建議用戶每次放電銅球接觸高壓均壓球時(shí)間大于五秒。

3）試驗(yàn)的交直流電壓切換，主要取決于高壓絕緣塔中的短路桿是否取出。當(dāng)取出短路桿時(shí)，高壓均壓球上的電壓為直流電壓，插入短路桿時(shí)，高壓均壓球上的電壓為交流電壓。短路桿的取出、插入?yún)⒖醋髠?cè)的示意圖。

4）在直流試驗(yàn)時(shí)，計(jì)算機(jī)也要選擇直流狀態(tài)，否則測的結(jié)果是不正確的。簡單的說，交流電壓與直流電壓有倍的關(guān)系。

電壓擊穿試驗(yàn)儀是高壓輸出設(shè)備，安裝搬動(dòng)使用應(yīng)特別注意人身與設(shè)備的安全。請注意以下事項(xiàng)：

1 設(shè)備務(wù)必接16A單相220V交流電插座。

2 設(shè)備兩個(gè)接地端子之一務(wù)必通過地線導(dǎo)線接配電箱的地線。

3使用前，設(shè)備兩個(gè)接地端子之一務(wù)必接放電棒。

4 試驗(yàn)中，觀察檢測電流如果長時(shí)間維持在20-30mA,應(yīng)立即停止試驗(yàn)，以免負(fù)載過大燒毀保險(xiǎn)管。

5 一次試驗(yàn)完畢，務(wù)必先斷掉電源，再用放電棒放掉高壓輸出端的剩余電荷。

6 如遇緊急情況，應(yīng)立即按壓“急停”按鈕斷電。

7 長時(shí)間不用，斷開所有電源線。

8 搬運(yùn)時(shí)不能傾斜角過大，以免變壓器油流出。

9 換試樣前，確保已經(jīng)用放電棒放過電，且電源處于斷開狀態(tài)。

10 測試過程如遇試樣著火，務(wù)必先斷電源，后滅火。

Turn off the pole so that the end of the pole is in contact with the high-pressure ball. 3) the AC / DC voltage switching of the test mainly depends on whether the short rod in the high voltage insulated tower is taken out. When the short circuit rod is taken out, the voltage on the ball is a direct current voltage, and when the short circuit rod is inserted, the voltage on the high voltage equalizing ball is an alternating voltage. 4) in the DC test, the computer should also choose the DC state, otherwise the result of measurement is incorrect. In brief, the AC voltage is twice as much as the DC voltage.
Voltage breakdown test instrument is a high voltage output device. Installation, movement and use should pay special attention to the safety of people and equipment. Please note the following:
1 equipment must be connected to 16A single-phase 220V AC socket.
2 one of the two grounding terminals of the equipment must be connected to the ground wire of the distribution box through a dedicated earth wire.
3 before use, one of the two grounding terminals must be connected with the discharge rod.
4 in the test, if the observation current is maintained at 20-30mA for a long time, the test should be stopped immediay so as not to overload the fire tube.
5 a test finished, be sure to unplug the residual charge and then put off the high voltage output end of the bar.
6, in case of emergency, should immediay press "emergency stop" button, power failure.
7 do not use for a long time, disconnect all power lines.
8, handling can not tilt too large angle, so as not to transformer oil flow.
In 9 samples, make sure you've let the electric discharge rod, and the power is disconnected.
10 test process, in case of fire, be sure to break the power supply, and then extinguish the fire.
